    The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment is a research-backed tool highlighted by Forbes Coaches Council and utilized by tens of thousands of individuals. The results will measure your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive and sustainable action.

    While you may have explored personality tests like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and the Enneagram, the ELI Assessment stands apart by focusing on the level of awareness—or energy—you bring to a situation. Unlike your personality, which is relatively fixed, your attitude is not—and the awareness and mindset you bring to a situation can be changed.


    The ELI measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. By working with an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), you can change your mindset, shift your perspective, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

    The question is not whether or not you are leader, but how well you lead.

    Your reality is a mirror reflecting your level of awareness—your thoughts, feelings, and emotions about yourself, others, and the world. Some aspects of your awareness or consciousness serve you, while others hold you back from fulfilling your potential.

    Step 1: The Assessment

    After enrolling, you will receive a link to take the online assessment which takes about 20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers; you select the answers that best fit you. You will receive your scored results in the form of an Energy Leadership report.

    Step 2: The Debrief

    Once the results are in, you will reserve a session time for a 90-minute debrief session by phone. During this personalized session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to creating greater alignment with your work and life goals.

  • You’ll learn about the seven levels of energy and how these play a role in how we perceive and ‘show up’ in life. Using these ELI results as a benchmark, you can begin to consciously choose to change your perceptions and attitude where they’re not serving you.
