Hi, my name is Danielle Roesmann and I am the founder and owner of The ID Coach. I am an integrative development practitioner, coach and learning partner for those in the business of positive change and transformation. As a former Foundation Director and nonprofit association leader, I have nearly 20 years of experience developing educational content, leading groups, and supporting process and system improvements.
My commitment is to helping individuals and organizations build presence, awareness, and authentic leadership to facilitate better communication, stronger relationships, and support a culture and mindset that promotes growth and learning in every moment.

Business Savvy: Prior to coaching, I served in non-profit/association management for nearly two decades. Think educational programs, business development, international relations, and executive board oversight.
Family Fun: I am a proud parent of a quirky and adventurous 9-year-old. Our favorite activities include art projects, impromptu dance parties, and exploring Chicago.
AI Enthusiast: I’m fascinated by new technology, tools, and advancements to help make work more efficient, productive, and creative.
Mindfulness & Self-Discovery: I'm passionate about personal growth, spiritual development, and expanding understanding of self through meditation, breathwork, and dreamwork.
Endurance Running: I'm an avid year-round runner and have completed 8 marathons. Running has taught me valuable lessons in discipline, endurance, and an appreciation of the outdoors!
Life-long Learner: I love to read, take new courses, and am committed to continuous improvement. I’m typically reading 3-5 books at any given time!
Travel Bug: My happy place is traveling! I've had the privilege of exploring 31 countries and counting.
Neurodivergent-Affirming: I offer an empathetic and safe environment to help explore what it means to be a neurodivergent thinker and leader. Services include ADHD/executive functioning coaching and mentoring.
Transitions & Transformation: In addition to group facilitation and leadership coaching I also serve those going through a mid-life transition, including career change, taking a sabbatical, retirement, and other major changes in business or lifestyle.
